Inspired By: Glass Front Cabinets
This week’s “Inspired By” feature should really be called “Lusting After” or “Deeply Pining For” a glass-front cabinet! I’ve had my eyes out for one every time I go thrifting. It makes me really sad, because I found a really lovely one last year, but due to our precarious apartment attic-way stairs (I like to say that we live in the tower, since our apartment building looks like a castle), the china cabinet was unable to make the move with us.
So now, my head is filled with visions of cabinets dancing in my head. Yes, dancing.

oh so pretty…! I have been searching for one myself!

The glass really gives everything more defined characteristics. Too cute!
Gorgeous! I’m “inspired” now, too.
Drooling I am. Look what you’ve done to me!!
I’m on the lookout for one like the first picture to do up this summer. Can’t remember where I saw this picture before, but I love it’s use as fabric storage and display in one.
Practical and pretty at the same time!

Very nice… love them all!
Aw, goodness, I can’t believe you had to leave your found cabinet behind… that is sad indeed.
My favorite one from the group is that white one! I love anything white. My mom gave me one when I got married, it is white with a red backing. its lovely!
Funny, I was working on one of my many blankets-in-progress last night, thinking to myself how perfect it will be when I someday have a glass-front cabinet to display all my handmade blankets and old family quilts. They really are perfect, aren’t they?
Sooo beautiful!
Isn’t it sad when pieces of furniture can’t get into a new place?? We were couchless for a month because our old couch was unable to fit in our new place :(
Mmmm. I love this post.
