Last Friday, I met up with my friend Dabe for a totally random and for fun photoshoot in downtown Canton. It was basically awesome seeing him set up his lighting equipment and mix it up for each shot with Amber. I thought I'd share some of the photos I took, sans lighting equipment, while Dabe was longboarding around downtown wondering where we were. (Oops!)

These photos are quite a departure from my usual style, although Lord knows I do love a nice parasol, and Amber said this was the only one she could find in all of Canton. We've decided that some treasure hunts are in order, so I'm hoping to venture beyond the usual streets of Canton to find some awesome vintage props for future photoshoots.

Here are a couple behind-the-scenes photos of Dabe in action. I'm sure he will be uploading the pictures he took on his flickr account. It's really cool to get out and shoot with photographer friends (especially legit ones, like Dabe!) who have such different styles than myself. I think it's stretching, creatively speaking, and definitely inspiring.
