A joint adventure

Of course, when Phil saw this title, he thought I was going to write about some kind of drug related experience. But no. No drugs! (For the record, I have never nor will ever do illegal drugs.) This post is all about fellow blogger Hayley's and my adventure of getting out first tattoos!

Hayley's tattoo

Hayley e-mailed me last month after seeing my New Year's resolution to get a tattoo. She thought it would be fun if we did a little adventure blogging about our experiences of getting our first ones. It was like I wasn't alone in my experience, even though Hayley wasn't even in the same state. This was the first time for both of us and I think you might enjoy reading about our experiences on her blog.

Hayley's tattoo2

She has a few posts up right now about her own personal adventure (isn't her tattoo gorgeous?), and later this evening, I have a guest post on her blog talking about mine. Also this evening there will be a post on this blog, Here's Looking at Me, Kid, with photos of my tattoo and more!

Anthony Ziponos

StuckINSIDEhound

I stumbled across Anthony Ziponos's work via Black Eiffel today. I love the simple and humorous work he creates. It makes me happy.

I've got the itch to collage again. I keep forgetting how simple and fun it is.

P.S. Wardrobe Wednesday is coming later this evening.

Neko-Case3

Neko love isn't hard to come by 'round these parts. Her music is one of those rare finds that melds perfectly with my own soul. The kind of music I would wish for should someone put a soundtrack to my life.

Neko-case

Beautiful gig posters to boot. My oh my. So, just when I thought she couldn't get any more perfect in my mind, she went and had to be the guest programmer on TCM! Seriously? Seriously.

Neko-Case4

Neko, I love you. I love your black hat. I love Middle Cyclone. And I think we should be friends.
