Easily Sidetracked… In the Bedroom. ;)
I’m always the worst at packing for vacation. I wait too late to begin, I have no idea what to bring, and I innevitably end up stuffing my bags with much more than I will ever need. Oh, and getting sidetracked! I tried on this recently purchased dress, which I thought would be perfect for tromping around in the South, but when I tried it on last night, Phil and I ended up just taking pictures in our bedroom.
Turns out the dress has a little tear on the side and shoulder, so it won’t be making the trip with me this time. Maybe it’ll be perfect for the county fair when we return? In any case… I really need to go pack now, though I would much rather lay around in pretty dresses eating chocolate candies and watching old movies. Sigh. Off to find our suitcases!
(Also, by the time you read this, we will be in Hilton Head and I will probably be enjoying the sandy beaches! Yippee!)

I hate packing but I’m so good at it. Whenever my friend comes home from NYU I end up packing his entire suitcase mere hours before he has to leave coz he always puts it off.

I found the white fabric ribbon at a vintage clothing shop for $3. I usually wear it as an ascot, or “pussy bow” tie at my neck. But this is the first time I’ve worn it as a hair bow. :)
