You Never Know. It Could Happen.

Canton-house

Where have I been? Oh, you know… just dreaming about possibly owning this fixer-upper foreclosure in my beloved hometown city. I promise I'll get back to normal programming very soon. But currently? Crunching numbers and crossing fingers. Eeep!

Good luck! My parents bought & restored a similar home, and the transformation was incredible! They loved the experience, and it’s something I would definitely consider doing someday.

Looks awesome! We just bought a 1856 house in the historic part of town that was a foreclosure/fixer upper! It’s going to take a lot of work but it will be so worth it!

MY husband and I recently bought an old (circa 1900) fixer upper and while it’s a lot of work, we are really loving it. That house looks beautiful and seems to have so much potential! I hope you’re able to make the purchase!!

Oh goodness. Beware of the fact that it will likely take WAY longer than a typical house sale. We’ve been working on ours since the beginning of April. It’s paperwork, paperwork, paperwork…and lazy banks. But when you’re getting it cheap, it’s totally worth it!

  29. Yeah you’re right, she’s very charming. I always advised my friends to be on the lookout for foreclosed properties like this one. They can score a house at a cheap price. Good luck and we hope you get her soon.
