A Little Bit Bette
This outfit’s a bit more die-hard vintage than usual. Maybe I just think that because of the tilt of the hat? In any case, I attribute the 1940’s vibes I’ve been feeling to the influx of Bette Davis movies in my mailbox. Most usually, she is wearing a sort of neutral dress with strong shoulders, a tiny waist, and a length around mid calf. And let’s not forget the hats. The hats!

I am a forever fan of Ms. Davis! I recently found “Payment on Demand” on DVD, which was on the short list of her movies I had never seen. Highly recommended if you haven’t seen it yet. Enjoy!
