Vintage Shopping in Canton This Friday Only!
Exciting news! Fine & Dandy Vintage will be having a booth at Canton, Ohio's First Friday event tomorrow from 6 o'clock until 10 o'clock. There were be lots of clothes for male and female vintage lovers, as well as a slew of housewares! Everything that I will be selling tomorrow will be new, never before seen items that aren't available for purchase online (yet!). The booth will be located just a couple of doors north of the Saxton Gallery on the corner of 6th St. and Cleveland Avenue. Look for the BRSQ sign in the window!
So, tell all of your friends who are in the Northeast Ohio area to come on down to downtown Canton! There will be lots of art galleries open, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and activities for families. There will even be a couple of local band shows, one of which is happening in the building I'll be stationed.
Hope to see you there!

I wish I lived in Canton! And I wish even more something like this would spring up in Mpls/St. Paul. . . or maybe it has and I’m just out of the loop ;) Good luck!
Oh wonderful! I’ll have to stop by :)
Loving the new blog design!
Oh how I wish I lived in Ohio! Sounds like a ton of fun. Good luck selling your wares!
Oh, have fun!! :) I *totally* wish I could stop by and shop your lovely finds – but I do live oh-so-far away!! lol.
I’m going to stop by for sure!
I noticed in your post Write or Wrong, that you have an art piece that I have a mate for! The brown paper with the white painted birds…
Would you be interested in putting the two together? I’ve had it for years, in a portfolio, never seeing the light of day. It’s 9″x36″

I’ll bring it with me tomorrow if you’re down!
Hi Mallory! I actually had the opportunity to buy a mate for this framed piece before, but didn’t much like them as a pair. I thought they stood better on their own. Thanks so much for the offer!
My husband, daughter, and I will be coming out tonight! We didn’t realize that any first friday activities extended into the winter! As I was browsing my invite to the occasion on facebook I realized that Jared is a part of the event. I met him last week at our friend Zach’s house when he, Zach, & my husband made some music! It’s really surprising how small the world is. And honestly, I feel a bit creepy knowing people you know and recognizing places you go in your photos…but not knowing you. I found you via Elsie’s blog and later came to realize that you live in Canton. Somehow it makes me feel a little bit like a stalker. haha.. I really enjoy your blog, especially your fashion posts!
It was nice to meet you tonight! Perhaps we’ll have the chance to chat another time. Annnnd maybe it will be less awkward. I’m sorry I didn’t say “nice to meet you” when we left, but Gwynevire was crying and it was time to go NOW. And so it goes.
