I love you, skirt. More than beans & rice.
I have a tendency to overdo it when I love something a lot. For instance, last week I went out to the same Mexican restaurant four different times! I might get tired of it soon. Which is why I swore it off for this week. Sort of like how I swore I would wait to wear this skirt again until the leaves have turned yellow. Lest I grow tired of the pretty thing.
So, as you can see, the leaves are yellow! And my favorite skirt has made a reappearance. Along with the tights that my friends lovingly refer to as the “Big Bird tights.”
Ah, and the shoes. I’m telling you, when I fall in love, I fall hard! You may have recognized similar shoes in my last wardrobe post. Only black. Yep. I loved them so much I bought two pairs- in different colors! And I’m glad I did, because I’ve almost worn them both to death.
Anyway, I’m off to buy some spaghetti squash to make something besides beans and rice. I think Phil will appreciate that!

i have the tendency to love things to death too. my hubby says i “live by whimsy.” i do tend to love some things hard, and then forget about them or tire of them after a while. lol
