Want to be Mary Poppins for Halloween?
While cleaning out my closet, I found this outfit and wondered what in the world I was keeping it for. It's not exactly something I can throw on to head out to the Post Office, grocery store, of coffee shop. So, I though perhaps I should see if any of you want to be Mary Poppins for Halloween! The outfit is around a 9/10 or size Large and includes: 1 black skirt, 1 white lace blouse, 1 red bow, 1 grey jacket, 1 Mary Poppins hat.
(Shoes and belt are not included.)

my daughter was cast as mary poppins in her dance studio’s ballet. Where can i find a hat like the one pictured?
I purchased the straw boater hat at an antique shop and doctored it up with flowers from a craft store. I sold this costume over a year ago, so I can’t be of any help. Sorry!

I’ve been talked out of the grayscale since the prep time directly conflicts with being the host of the party, but yours is the best I’ve seen.
