Summer Strikes Back
I suppose I should have seen it coming… after I had declared we would no longer need to use the air conditioning in our third floor 1920s apartment. But stubborn as I am, I have still refused to turn on the air, though temperatures have been reading the 90s! Woah. So unpredictable. Fortunately, though, I have a few lightweight dresses I found at the thrift store this week that I now have an opportunity to wear about town. There’s always a silver lining.
This particular dress is a 1960s crepe dress with cuffed sleeves and not much of a shape to it. Nothing a belt can’t fix, I suppose.

Your hair looks great darker (not sure if I missed an earlier post saying you dyed it recently) but maybe it’s the lighting, or my poor eyesight :)
Given how bad we looked at trial, do we even want to appeal the Witt case? If we don’t appeal Witt, though, have we in effect conceded the whole ball game? Will a lame duck session pull our butts out of the fire? This is really no fun.
