Old man winter

Bare-arms

Ahhh! Winter! I want to hollar at you, but at the moment I can barely manage a whisper. That’s what I get for bragging about my health lat week. Right now I’m miserably coughing and unable to communicate vocally with the world around me. But that’s what this blog is for, right? Nonverbal communication.

Right now, as I sit in silent and chilly frustration, all I can think about is bare arms, mini skirts, wide brimmed hats, flowers, and sunshine. Sigh.

Covered-arms

Whenever I walk around our alienated University campus, I try to remember back in September when friends lounged on the paved stairs or smoked cigarettes while sprawling across the lawn. I know it sounds like I’m in mourning, but in truth, I think I am. And I’m not quite sure how long I will survive. Anybody else suffering out there? Hurry back, Spring!

Oh, I’m feeling your pain! Maybe some cinnamon tea and a cosy blanket can keep you warm till spring. Hang in there!

Living in Ireland, I feel like this for the majority of my life. We get about two weeks of sunshine (exam time, of course) and then its back to miserable weather. I totally feel your pain. When can I start wearing floral dresses without freezing my bum off? :(

That’s awesome! Not that you’re sick, I hope you feel better soon, but about the tattoo. What is it? And who did it, if you don’t mind me asking.
