Le Tights
When I was a little girl, I always hated wearing tights because they would sag down throughout the day, and waddling around like a penguin wasn’t the most appealing idea to a six-year-old, much less a twenty-four-year-old (or poor Danny Kaye in the Court Jester. I have to leave the room during this scene every time. fast-forward to 2:30) Of course, lately tights have become quite a fashion statement, and my insistence upon wearing dresses and skirts have made them a necessity in my wardrobe. Needless to say, I about died when I saw these at Urban Outfitters.
Of course, I bought myself a pair. And everyone was quite taken with them. It was thrilling. That is, of course, until my sharp toenail ripped a hole clean through the feet. Sigh.

Oh, pretty! I used to be a ballet dancer and always insisted on back-seam tights: they really elongate legs. Can the hole be mended?
I love tights with the seams in the back! Dita Von Teese always wears them. I dont really care for her to much but I read a celebrity gossip type blog and she always pops up on there.
gasp! i love tights/hose with back seams! :) i know what you mean about wearing tights as a kid, though. i used to always get “elephant legs”, where they would sag around my ankles, and i hated it.
I like tights but wont wear them because I rip them snag them and ruin them in ten min
These are great.
My mom has a huge collection and rarely if ever rips them, I find it really odd. She stopped wearing pants years ago, only wears skirts and wears tights/hoses every.single.day. I showed her these and she went to her closet and showed me five pairs similar to these haha. Yeah, I said huge collection ;)
i aaaalways manage to tear a hole in my tights :( these with the lines are so lovely, though!

I got some knee highs similar to this from fredericks of hollywood (I know, it sounds so trashy, but they actually have a lot of really great & cheap lingerie). Back seams are wonderful and my husband quite likes them!
