Wardrobe Wednesday- Le Cape
It's been raining for three days… yet the snow on the ground still abounds. I kind of don't want it to go away.
I'm glad for the rain, though. The moment I saw this cape, last Wednesday to be exact, I couldn't wait to wear it about. But my, it was freeezing last week! The moment the rain came, I knew it was cape time.
I have such a difficult time selling such lovely things. I always want to keep them for myself. And probably would, if it weren't for Phil's urging and my closet busting at the seams.
So, for just a bit, I took the cape out of the shop, pinned a vintage velvet floral bunch on it, and cuddled up under it on a chilly Sunday afternoon. I think I might have a new obsession with capes. Sigh.

If I had a glorious cape like that one, I don’t think i could bare parting with it. You are stronger then I for sure.

i LOVE that cape. and your whole outfit really…so perfect!
I’ve taken pictures at that same exact house. I really hope you don’t just think I’m a creep haha. It’s just very strange to me that I randomly found a blog from someone who happens to live in the same area as I do. Anyway, isn’t that house amazing? I’ve never wanted to break in somewhere more in my life.
