Dream Boy
Okay, so I know I'm in my twenties… and I probably shouldn't be having crushes on boys, considering that I'm married and all. Especially considering the men I have crushes on are always somewhat unavailable. And by unavailable I mean of an inconvenient sexual persuasion. And even more inconveniently- deceased. Take Montgomery Clift, for example. Whilst watching A Place in the Sun last night (one of my favorite movies of all time!), it occurred to me why I might have said crush. Or perhaps why I found my husband to be quite attractive when I first met him.
So… which came first, the Monty or the Phil? Ah, it's an endless mystery. One which will never be solved. So for now I shall just marvel at the uncanny resemblance. Sigh. I'm a lucky girl, eh?

mandi, ethan and i finally watched this a night late, last night. It was so amazing and *intense*. WHOA. Shelly Winters was so fabulous in her patheticness. lol! I can’t say i’m a fan of Mont Clift’s looks, but he’s a dang good actor! Let’s see.. what old actor have I fancied lately.. hmm… definitely Jimmy Stewart! swoon!
