The Housewife kit will be available tomorrow night, Wednesday, at midnight (technically Thursday morning) Eastern Standard time. Look for them in the Half Caf Paper shop. The final price is $26.00, not including shipping. I will have two separate check outs- one for U.S. orders and one for international orders. I will not be taking any pre orders, so good luck to you!
I'm also hoping some of you will be happy to know that I will have some extras from the kit to sell after all of the kits are sold out. I will have more 6×6 books, 4×6 (both horizontal and vertical) books, and paper packs!
I really slaved away over these little guys. Each book was hand cut, sanded, drilled, sanded again, cleaned, stained, and packaged with love. Each cover is unique with different graining than the one before it. One side of each cover is birch veneer, the other is pine plywood. The quality of the pine plywood is less consistent than the birch, but it is up to you to chose which side will face outside.
Next week I plan on doing a free little tutorial on my blog to accompany these mini albums. I'm still deciding on what it should entail… so what would you like to learn? I may take a few of your suggestions. (unless there are just too many things, in which case, we will do it in installments, eh?) I'm thinking I could start off with some ways to design your cover?

My favorite part other than the fact that you designed these papers yourself is the fact that you’re going to have handmade wooden albums in them! Seriously!!!
